Debra Holley, Ed.D., currently serves as the ATDM Director for Project Development. ATDM, or Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing, is a 16-week program with hands-on curriculum that rapidly develops skilled workers with industry recognized credentials for employment in the defense industry. With 29 prior years of experience in community college education, Holley has worked in various roles, including her position as a psychology instructor and her last role as Vice President of Academic and Student Support at Danville Community College (DCC). In the latter, she served as Chief Academic Officer, led student support services and worked with stakeholders to align curriculum with community needs. Holley has also held leadership positions at Wilson Community College and instructed at Wake Technical Community College. She has a Master of Clinical Psychology and an Education Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership.
