Dr. John H. Hughes IV serves as the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research’s (IALR) Executive Vice President, Operations. He has more than two decades of progressive public and organizational leadership experience.
Dr. Hughes oversees the following IALR divisions and departments: Applied Research, Public Relations and Communications, the IALR Conference Center, Facilities, Information Technology and Environmental Health and Safety. His earned certificates and degrees include: an Associate in Claims certification (AIC), an associate degree, two bachelor’s degrees, a Master of Business Administration and a doctorate in education.
