The Chef and Conference staff (team) collaborate to tailor a menu to fit the needs of your meeting and attendees.

The menus focus on variety and authenticity, including vegan, vegetarian, organic and locally grown items. The Chefs are consistently trying new recipes and creating healthy, scrumptious menu items, utilizing trend information from around the world as well as input from customers.
