Meet The Team

How We Can Serve You

Amenities and services are far reaching at the Institute Conference Center so as to offer clients all the resources and expert counsel needed to produce a successful event or meeting. These include:

Business Center

The Business Center features a layout which consists of a desk work space and a small meeting area for open, impromptu discussions or phone calls that may require a more quiet environment. This space will be especially convenient for IALR conference goers and other event attendees needing somewhere to review email, check voicemail and conduct other modes of business. Two Business Center laptops will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for printing applications in that room only. A complimentary printer and copier are available for low-volume needs.

The Business Center will be open during normal business hours, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The space is complimentary and reservations are not required.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

In support of clean energy solutions, IALR proudly offers complimentary electric vehicle charging stations to travelers and guests at two campus locations. When it comes to event planning and management, the conference center team takes the pressure off the client and helps create an event that invokes pride. For those unsure of the exact requirements of their event, experienced staff will offer expert counsel throughout the decision-making process—from technology and meeting space to food and more. Additionally, the team offers a list of suggested area hotels, restaurants and activities to make gatherings as enjoyable as possible.
