In 2018 alone, the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR) significantly impacted the community. Through advanced learning, advanced manufacturing, applied research, economic development and the Institute Conference Center, IALR was able to bring together the many diverse resources of both public and private entities at the regional and statewide levels. Seeking Summer Interns

We are currently seeking nine summer interns (high school graduates and college students and graduates) for work-based learning opportunities at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. Students will enjoy hands-on, applied learning in STEM-related projects across various fields, including biotechnology, precision agriculture, research and data analysis, marketing and communications, and talent development. One recent intern in the Communications department even helped create this award-winning video sharing a firsthand look at the benefits of internships at IALR. The application deadline is 4 p.m., March 15.
