Tia Chattin

Tia Chattin is the Human Resources Benefits Specialist at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. Her primary duties include overseeing compensation policies, designing benefits packages and managing employee training programs. Chattin has spent the last seven years in finance and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Averett University during that time. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her children.
