computer training workshops
Our Computer Training Workshops allow participants to learn computer skills in a variety of platforms across a range of proficiency levels, including beginner, intermediate and advanced. Previous workshops have covered Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and other programs. One-on-one, personalized training is also available.
Registration for each class is $35 per person or $25 per person for military and senior citizens unless specified differently in the course description. Registration and payment must be completed prior to the start of the class.
Participants who have registered for a class and need to cancel must do so five business days prior to the start of class to receive a full refund. Also, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, IALR reserves the right to cancel a class with prior notice on the day of the class.

Welcome to the world of Microsoft Excel. Organizing data, basic calculations, charts and graphs and other workplace functions made simple with MS Excel. If you have never worked with Excel, this course will open your eyes to the possibilities. With an understanding of basic formulas, spreadsheets can help you track your day-to-day business. This is a foundation course for those new or wanting to return to the basics.

Come learn how to use your iPhone for more than calls. Learn how to back up your photos to iCloud, safely download apps from the App store, and learn how to scan and upload documents and photos. Bring your device and questions!
