The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR) Conference Center is offering special holiday menu options perfect for business and social gatherings. Our elegant and customizable meeting spaces, combined with top-tier catering services, provide an ideal setting for your events.

Holiday menu: 

IALR is currently accepting bookings for their 2025 Holiday Menu. The Holiday Menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner catering options available Monday through Thursday during the months of November & December for conference service guests. Guests ordering from the Holiday Menu and booking a reservation Monday – Thursday will not be charged a conference services fee. 

Guests can also continue to order from our full catering menu during this time frameA minimum lead time of one week is required to book space and catering services at the IALR Conference Center.

Menu Options include a buffet for: breakfast, lunch or dinner. Monday – Thursday Only. 

Breakfast Buffet
  • Egg Casserole with red and green bell peppers and cheddar or scrambled eggs
  • Holiday Yogurt Parfait
  • Bacon or Sausage
  • Holiday Fruit Tray
  • Roasted Potatoes
  • French Toast with powdered sugar and syrup

Lunch Buffet

Included: rolls with butter, iced tea, iced water, and coffee upon request 

Salad:
  • Field Greens Salad: Field greens tossed with cherry tomatoes, toasted almonds, crumbled feta cheese, silvered red onions and tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette
Entrées (Choose One):
  • Holiday Chicken: Festive spinach Florentine sauce with roasted red peppers ladled over a 6 oz. airline chicken breast ($23.95 per person)
  • Chicken Napoli: Pan-seared Statler chicken breast in a white wine sauce with pancetta, feta cheese crumble, and button mushrooms ($26.95 per person)
  • Beef Medallions: Tender sliced filet of beef, roasted to perfection and served with red wine and caramelized onion demi-glace ($32.95 per person)
  • Vegetarian Option Available Upon Request
