Brandon Holder

Brandon Holder currently serves as the Manager of Digital Manufacturing for the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR). As the Manager of Digital Manufacturing, Holder works directly with the Director of Digital Manufacturing to design and integrate the ongoing projects in the Industry 4.0 Integration Lab in the Center for Manufacturing Advancement. Before coming to IALR, Holder worked in the Engineering group at Eaton Corporation in Roxboro, NC. He led numerous projects throughout the seven years in this role, including automation, machining and precision grinding. In addition to being a project leader at Eaton Corporation, Holder also led the training of new technical hires for the grinding and machining areas of the plant.
