Chante Elam

Chante Elam serves as the ATDM Student Services Specialist for the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program, where she is the go-to person for students’ needs and local resources. Before her role in ATDM, she served in non-profit organizational development and leadership coaching capacities. Elam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing, complemented by a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership specializing in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. She has also honed her skills through an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School Online. Outside of work, she finds joy in dancing, aerial fitness, and exploring culinary adventures.
