Kipling Crouch has joined the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR) as a CNC Technician for the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program. Crouch received a certificate of completion in Machine Technology from Danville Community College (DCC) in 1988. He has worked for the U.S. Navy, Dan River Inc., Blue Ridge Fiberboard, Piper Aircraft, and Naval Surface Warfare Command at Dahlgren, Virginia.
