LaShaun H. Graham, SHRM-SCP

LaShaun Graham joined the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR) in 2022 as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her role, Graham works to develop and enhance the experience of IALR employees. She has spent most of her 17-year Human Resources career developing talent, driving employee engagement and being a resource for organizational partners and peers. Graham is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is active in the Danville Alumnae Chapter of the organization. She is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Longwood University.
