Stephen Gonzalez

Stephen Gonzalez serves as the Veteran Recruitment Specialist for Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM). In this role, Gonzalez supports the ATDM initiative by prospectively recruiting the most qualified applicants within the military–affiliated communities. Prior to joining IALR, he served 11 years (2011-2022) in the U.S. Marine Corps. While there, Gonzalez served in various leadership roles ranging from Transmissions Chief to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
