Tracy Fink joined the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR) in 2024 and serves as Vice President of the IALR Conference Center. With over 25 years of unparalleled expertise in event management, Fink has overseen large-scale events spanning various industries, from corporate conventions and international summits to extravagant galas and high-level board retreats.
A testament to her versatility, Fink has not only excelled in managing events across diverse sectors but has also showcased her expertise in overseeing events and operations at Hilton and IHG properties, as well as multi-space event venues. Whether it’s transforming a ballroom into an innovative conference setting or orchestrating a black tie gala, Fink possesses the knowledge to leverage a venue’s unique attributes to create unforgettable experiences.

Fink is a member of the Junior League and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbus University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Towson University. She was recently appointed as the VP of Education for Meeting Planners International Virginia Chapter Board of Directors and to The Arc of Southside Board of Directors.
