Tracy Fink joined the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR) in 2024 as Vice President of the IALR Conference Center. With more than 25 years of event management experience, Fink has successfully overseen events ranging from corporate conventions and international summits to galas and board retreats. Her background includes managing operations at Hilton and IHG properties, as well as multi-space event venues. Fink is skilled at transforming spaces and creating memorable experiences, whether for conferences or high-end events.
Known for her client-centric approach, Fink builds lasting partnerships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure every event exceeds expectations. She is also a respected leader and mentor in the event industry, inspiring the next generation of professionals.
Fink holds an MBA from Columbus University and a bachelor’s in mass communications from Towson University. She is active in the Junior League and serves as Vice President of Education for the Meeting Planners International Virginia Chapter Board. Fink is also a member of The Arc of Southside Board of Directors.
