Wesley Cifers is the Assistant Director of Advanced Training and Operations in the Manufacturing Advancement division. Before taking this role at IALR, he held various positions supporting the development and implementation of the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) pilot program.
Cifers has over ten years of experience in manufacturing and was a machinist for a leading organization supporting government‑related manufacturing efforts. He is a Journeyman Machinist and holds several nationally recognized credentials in various manufacturing disciplines.
