Developing Talent for Today & Tomorrow

Advanced Learning at IALR is accomplished by an approach that supports talent development from childhood through employment. IALR’s Advanced Learning department provides continuing education and workforce training programs to develop a talent pipeline for the needs of regional employers. Communities with highly educated, skilled, and trained workforces more readily attract new business prospects to the area. Thus, the department’s programs remain imperative to successful economic transformation.
